The private hire industry is running a campaign to give equality to our fare paying passengers to allow the same access to bus lanes as other forms of public transport by road. The current access rules are unfair to those members of the travelling public that choose private hire vehicles (PHV's) as their mode of public transport.

This campaign is an expensive enterprise.
